RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resellable condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in resellable condition and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
